Vehicle Condition Report Forms:
Vehicle Condition Report is a important document because your client agree to the condition of his vehicle before it is transported. The agreement is a simple two-part process:
Part One: Prior to accepting the vehicle, the Toll Auto Driver or Customer Relations Consultant will complete the Vehicle Condition Report detailing the condition of the vehicle, the condition of the vehicle is marked on the documentation and that the vehicle contains no unsecured items or personal effects. The white copy of the document is provided to you for safe keeping, or for you to provide to the receiver of the vehicle on your behalf.
Part Two: When the vehicle arrives at the destination the Toll Auto Driver or Customer Relations Consultant will have a copy of the original Vehicle Condition Report that was completed when the vehicle was uplifted. The recipient of the vehicle will be required to provide identification and sign for the vehicle and the condition of the vehicle prior to hand over.
